Jeff Alexander is the man who founded Alexander’s with a single commercial copier in 1979. From its inception, Alexander recognized the need and the opportunity to move his company beyond commercial printing to assist his customers with new kinds of strategies for business success.
In addition to making Alexander’s a successful international company, Jeff Alexander has become a popular author and speaker on topics related to personal motivation and business strategy.
In the print industry, Alexander currently serves as vice chair of the board of the International Printers’ Network.
In his Utah community, Jeff Alexander has served on the board of the Provo-Orem Chamber and as president of the Provo Rotary Club. Currently, he is a trustee of the Utah Technology Council and serves on the board of the Salt Lake Chamber.
In 1990, he was elected to the Utah Legislature. He served two years as majority leader, two years as majority whip and four years as chair of executive appropriations. No longer a member of the legislature, Alexander currently serves as an advisor to the director of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development.
Jeff Alexander earned a degree from Brigham Young University in public relations and organizational communications. In 2007 he received an honorary doctorate from Utah Valley University.
