glass plaqueHave you ever hoped to one day become so popular that your mug would end up on one of those glass award plaques? Well, these guys pulled it off, and Alexander’s helped them do it. We didn’t have anything to do with their fame, the prestige or good looks, but we did create what their fans will be looking at for the foreseeable future.

Glass plaques are great for awards

There are several occasions for which you can create glass award plaques: lifetime achievement award, MVP award, scholastic achievement, employee of the month, the possibilities are limitless. With these achievements and awards come many different ways to create a memorable glass award plaque. What we made for the Intermountain Ski Hall of Fame was pretty simple. We arranged the glass pieces (about 1/2 inch thick) on our flatbed printer then used a frosted vinyl on the back. All they had to do was mount it on a brightly colored wall where light can shine through the plaque and it immediately becomes a fantastic memory for all to see. Here are some more pictures from the four plaques we created that are now hanging in their facility near Park City, UT.

You’ll find pretty quickly on the internet that there are thousands of ways to make these fine glass awards plaques. HINT: We can make any of them. The difference with Alexander’s is that our 45,000 square foot facility has amazing capacity. That means big quantity possibilities, but also that means different surfaces aren’t really a problem for our machines. We could print on something as flat as glass award plaques or as round and obtuse as a golf ball.  Why used 5 different vendors when we can do it all right here? Do you or someone you know deserve an award? Give us a call, we’ll a make it happen. 801-224-8666
