If you haven’t heard this from your Alexander’s customer service or sales rep, if there’s ever a problem, issue or challenge, our team has been trained to ask:

It’s as simple as that.

The customer experience is important to us because we know there are many competitors out there, and that our products are similar, if not almost the same.

In familiar retail terms, Alexander’s is a Nordstrom brand, not a Walmart brand. We deliver great quality with great customer services.

Perhaps this focus on the customer experience is why last month we had our best month, with the highest gross revenue, of any month in our 35-year history. Yes, Alexander’s continues to grow and expand as we put the focus on customers first.

In fact, stay tuned for some exciting news about additional equipment and an expansion of our 45,000 square-foot print, production and fulfillment facility in Lindon, Utah.
