Utah businesses looking to boost sales and increase brand awareness are invited to attend this month’s Alexander’s Academy workshop: Effective Direct Mail Marketing.
The workshop includes lunch and runs from noon to 1 p.m. at Alexander’s in Lindon, Utah. Space is limited to the first 35 registrants.
Kelly Thompson, one of Alexander’s print and marketing consultants, will lead the free 60-minute workshop, instructing attendees how to mix creative print marketing and strategy to benefit an organization.
“A creative, well-targeted print campaign can have serious business impact,” said Thompson. “I’m looking forward to sharing some of what I’ve seen work. If done correctly, an effective print campaign can really deliver results.”
Thompson has developed and overseen numerous direct marketing campaigns for Alexander’s clients, many of which resulted in more than 10-times the return on the cost of the direct mail campaign. Though he serves many Alexander’s clients, he is FranklinCovey’s go-to consultant and assists the company on a daily basis with different marketing campaigns.
Attendees at the June Alexander’s Academy workshop can expect to learn:
- How to create a campaign that stands out from the clutter
- What has worked well for others in various industries
- The rule of 6: Six things you have to include in your direct mail piece
- Metrics and expectations for direct mail campaign results
This workshop is open to clients and friends of Alexander’s as part of Alexander’s Academy, a quarterly professional development series sponsored by Alexander’s.
