Lindon, Utah, June 30, 2016 — Alexander’s Print Advantage, Utah’s leading cross-media print and marketing firm, announced today that they’ve received a number of awards from the Printing Industries of America (PIA) for their high quality printed work.
Alexander’s received Best of Category in both the large-format printing and campaign categories. The firm also earned an Award of Recognition for being a category finalist in self-promotion, and two Certificates of Merit for invitations the company created for its annual customer celebration and recruitment for the Brigham Young University football team.
“It’s an honor to be recognized in this competition, and we are grateful to have received these awards,” said Jeff Alexander, CEO and founder of Alexander’s. “We work every day to develop creative solutions in print to help our clients succeed, and the recognition from this award lets us know that our hard work is helping us give our customers an edge.”
The Premier Print Awards Competition is held by PIA each year to recognize and honor the key players in the printing industry. Qualifying pieces undergo a rigorous judging process. Only the most worthy pieces receive Awards of Recognition, Certificates of Merit, or The “Benny” statue – the highest honor – named after Benjamin Franklin. To win a Benny the entry must be flawless. For this reason, Judges do not always award a Benny in every category.
“We love to compete and we know that an award from PIA means you’ve done something special,” said David Barrett, Marketing Manager. “Coming away with 2 Bennys and an award for nearly every entry we submitted is something to be proud of. It helps us show our clients what we’re capable of.”
Benny Award Winners will receive their Benny statuettes at the Gala awards banquet, held in Orlando, FL this fall.
