Our T-Shirt Printing Process
Whatever the size of your event, sale, or giveaway, our process uses silkscreen printing for a fast turnaround and low cost. Using up to six colors, we cut each color in the design into its own silkscreen, seen with our two-color Alexander’s logo. We can create any color by painting with wet-on-wet ink, or by mixing our own.
Shirts are loaded onto our Diamondback S machine, which rotates the shirts through each station. These most often include different shades of paint, but can include drying stations to set colors before applying important, fine-detail coats.
Then, each completed shirt goes through our dryer for a final set–at a scorching 1025 degrees!
Voila: you now have a completely customized shirt printed in under ten minutes!

With our high-speed process, we can print over 200 shirts per hour! Our competitors can take 2.5 hours or more per shirt for large orders, where we spend 7 seconds per shirt. And it still looks high-quality for all your needs! We’ll even go the extra mile for your project with an extra coat of black or white to keep your lines sharper and neater.
