Technology has made it possible for Alexander’s to grow from the small print shop it was to a full-service print and digital marketing firm. We’ve grown, our clients have grown, and printing needs have grown and evolved alongside digital communications.

For more than a decade we’ve put a lot of effort into working in conjunction with the growing world of digital communication. We’ve found that we can use both print and digital tools to help our customers reach who they need to reach in the way they need to reach them. Technological evolution, and especially tools to facilitate communication (i.e., social media), have opened channels to us and our customers that weren’t available before.

We’re able to have global impact through our access to these different channels. In addition, Alexander’s has teamed up with the IPN (International Printers’ Network) to ensure our customers can be served at any time and in any place on the globe.

We had a client presenting at a conference in France not long ago. He arrived at his hotel hours before his presentation only to find that some of his pre-shipped printed materials were stuck in customs. The client called us in a panic. We immediately contacted our IPN partner in France who happened to be located just 45 minutes from the conference location, sent photos of the finished products and shared design files and order information. Within two hours, our client had replacement materials in his possession. He was completely ready to go despite the unexpected delay of some of his printed materials.

This is just one example of how we’re using technology and our global resources to help clients succeed. A hybrid of technology, print and marketing solutions can have a powerful communications impact.

Whether you’re in a bind or need help implementing a long-term marketing strategy, our priority is to help you succeed. We’d welcome the opportunity to help you reach your business goals.
