Our facility in Lindon, Utah, recently hosted a Business Development team from HP Inc. so that they could see what our facilities are capable of creating. During their visit, we showed them the very best of our on-site abilities.
Ron Sarne, Business Development Manager at HP Inc., said, “Our objective was to learn the strategies and approaches to how strategic customers like Alexander’s are driving ‘high-value Indigo pages’ via TECHNOLOGY, MARKETING and of course, SALES … areas I knew they excelled at, but felt adamant that other key folks at HP needed to hear and see firsthand.”
Our HP Indigo Presses
Alexander’s is one of the top commercial printers in Utah and, as of 2014, the fourth to own three or more HP Indigo digital presses. One of these is the HP Indigo 10000, which can print up to 4,600 color B2-size sheets per hour, and can even print with white ink. It can also print up to 29.5 x 20.9 inch sheets, thus moving large projects from off-set printing to digital. We rely on HP to keep our digital printing great, forming a valuable partnership between our companies.
Says HP, “The 29 inch format enables highly efficient imposition of jobs and lowers the cost per copy, pushing the digital breakeven point vs. offset to new heights.”

The Business Development Team got to see impressive examples of Alexander’s using their technology to grow, keeping up with the needs of our customers no matter the project. Jeff Alexander, CEO, reminds us all, “We continue to grow and expand as we put our focus on customers first.” And our work with the HP digital presses proves it.
HP could view how we automate the process of mass-produced or variable printing, and how we use our HP Indigo digital presses to facilitate. These presses also provide the same quality to our best customers as to our first-time, one-off visitors.
