This post is for you agency and professional service types who work daily with billable hours.

At Alexander’s we’ve found the Web and mobile versions of Harvest to be incredibly useful. We use Harvest to list all our clients and projects and have each marketing and graphic design team member track their work.

At the end of each month, a quick monthly report provides all the details for our monthly client activity reports.

And although we don’t use it — because our accounting team already had an invoicing solution in place — Harvest also includes an invoicing feature.

We’ve come a long way from tracking work individually in Excel, then combining individual team members’ hours into one activity report.

Harvest is slick and accessible wherever you’re working.

Now it’s your turn. What billable hours tracking software or tools do you recommend?
